Who am I ?

I have worked in and around technology and change for the past 20 years across a range of roles from Analyst to Leader. During my time I have worked on many transformations and with Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban and Agile'ish ways of working. I thought it was about time I put my thoughts and ramblings down to share with the world. Take from here what you will, I will try to provide a blend of insightful, funny and practical musings.
Maybe one day I will look back at this as the start of my thought leadership development!!
