Your names not down you're not coming in!!

Remember the days when you and your mates were all enjoying a night out and heading for the club. Queue is massive but you have done this before and then just when it seemed like everyone was getting in ........ boom, the hand comes out and while your mates make their way inside you are stood looking forlorn with the meanest looking doorman blocking your way in.

What to do next? If you are as old as me you had no mobile phone to text them and let them know that you are stuck outside, so you try and plead your case but he has heard it all before and you are just annoying him which is going to get you nowhere and fast!!

So what has this got to do with anything?

Well this is what the job market feels like for me at the moment, queues to get in, then just a blank no feedback as to why you didn't get in apart from lots of people.
